| Making A Purchase To make a purchase just browse our catalogue, select the quantity on any items that you wish to buy and put them into the shopping basket. After you have finished your selection, click on "check-out" and you will be asked for a few details that we need to be able to satisfy the order. We accept credit card payment. Our ordering system ensures all details provided by the customer are securely encrypted. We accept Visa, Mastercard and Switch. You may send your credit card information via phone, post or over the Internet. You can also send a cheque made payable to Pet Fayre to 9 Maiden Lane Centre, Lower Earley, Reading, RG6 3HD. Cheques must be cleared through our bank before shipping will be arranged. If you select to have your order delivered to an address other than the cardholder address, then for security purposes, we may contact you for additional information, which may possibly delay your order. While we try and ensure that all prices on our Web site are accurate, errors may occur. If we discover an error in the price of goods you have ordered we will inform you as soon as possible and give you the option of reconfirming your order at the correct price or cancelling it. If we are unable to contact you we will treat the order as cancelled. |
| Shipping And Handling **** PLEASE NOTE: We currently offer delivery for UK mainland addresses only.**** We offer free delivery within a 10 mile radius of the RG6 postcode for all orders over £35. To qualify your order must be placed either in our shop at Maiden Lane Centre or over the phone. | Delivery Schedule Orders will be delivered Mon to Fri between 8am and 6pm and will require a signature. Two attempts will be made to deliver, after that the items will be returned to us and you will be charged a £16.00 returns fee. If items are out of stock, we will advise you of the estimated delivery time, and will offer you the choice of sending out separate orders, cancelling the missing items, or holding the order until it is complete and despatching to you once all items are in stock. Usually we will send your order out to you in 1 - 5 business days, with goods received within 2 - 8 business days from placing your order. |
| Back Orders If there is any problem with an item of stock which may take longer than 10 business days to arrive into us, we will contact you via e-mail or telephone, to discuss options with you. |

| Guarantee We guarantee your satisfaction. You may for any reason cancel your order, at any time before the goods are despatched, or within 8 working days from receiving the goods. This does not affect your statutory rights as a consumer. All notices of order cancellation, return of goods, or complaints, should be made in the first instance via e-mail to: sales@petfayre-reading.co.uk. Complaints will be responded to quickly and certainly within 5 working days. For items covered by a manufacturer's guarantee, you must fill in the guarantee card and send it to the manufacturers as soon as possible, keeping the invoice and a note of the manufacturer's contact details for your records. |

| Returns Policy Unwanted items will be refunded in full, providing they are returned in good condition, with their original packaging and within an 8 day period of you receiving the goods. The original shipping costs of your order and any postage/shipping costs incurred by you in returning the product to us, are non-refundable. We cannot accept any responsibility for the goods until they actually arrive back to us, so it is recommended you return the items by Recorded Delivery or another service which insures against loss or damage. If you wish to exchange a product weighing lass that 1kg for a different size, we may, at our discretion, reduce the shipping charge of £4.50 for the despatch of the second item, to a nominal £2.00 charge. Faulty items or those sent in error by us will be refunded in full (including carriage costs). If you need to return an item, please let us know the reason for the return as soon as possible. |
